This policy explains how Sonoros orders, licenses, delivery, returns and renewals work.

Ordering
Orders are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and payment options are shown during checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, prices are excluding local taxes, import duties and customs charges.
You agree to provide accurate order, billing and shipping information.
We may correct pricing or product errors, refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorised, mistaken or intended for unauthorised resale.
The Sonoros iOS Remote app is free on the App Store and does not contain in-app purchases.
Licenses
Sonoros paid licenses are fixed-term licenses.
They do not automatically renew.
When your license term ends, you can continue using Sonoros within the free limits or buy another license term.
License terms run from activation unless we agree otherwise or state otherwise at checkout.
Software delivery
Sonoros is available to download from our website.
Installing Sonoros or a future update does not extend a paid license term.
Activation codes
Where a license is supplied by activation code, we aim to provide the activation code promptly after payment and verification of the relevant dongle details.
You are responsible for entering the correct Serial Number and Activation Number at checkout when loading a license to an existing dongle.
License Dongle delivery
Commercial licenses are normally stored on a USB License Dongle.
License Dongles are dispatched from the United Kingdom, usually by Royal Mail.
UK orders are generally sent by standard Royal Mail services unless agreed otherwise. International orders may use tracked services where appropriate.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
International orders and import duties
We sell worldwide.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or local charges payable in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services or import procedures.
Returns
Please contact support@peachy.ventures before returning anything.
Business customers
For business purchases, change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion unless required by law.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer online, you may have a legal right to cancel physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, then return them within a further 14 days.
Returned hardware must be unused and in reasonable condition. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.
Software and digital licenses
Software licenses, activation codes and digital content are generally non-refundable once supplied, activated, loaded to a License Dongle or used, unless required by law.
Where the law requires consent before immediate supply of digital content, we may ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be lost once supply begins.
Faulty goods
If a License Dongle arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will work with you to repair, replace or refund it where appropriate.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, loss, theft or normal wear and tear.
Lost or damaged License Dongles
A License Dongle represents access to the relevant Sonoros commercial license.
Lost, stolen or physically damaged dongles are not automatically replaced. We may offer a replacement at our discretion and may charge a replacement fee.
If a dongle is lost or stolen, the license stored on it cannot normally be recovered or transferred.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, we will process it within a reasonable time using the original payment method where possible.
